Return & Exchange Policy

At Surgifine Inc, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and exchange process.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@surgifine.us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or sterilized instruments

• Custom or specially manufactured items

• Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped products. To request an exchange:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

2. Provide photos or details of the issue

3. We will send you a prepaid return label (if applicable)

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch a replacement

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
